Virtually all home buyers start their home shopping online and make a decision whether or not to visit a house based on the pictures within 30 seconds! 24% of home buyers take action the same day they start researching on the internet.
Among REALTORS® who typically represent the buyer, 96 percent say buyers are affected by home staging. With staging, it is easier for buyers to visualize the property as a future home and they're more willing to walk through a home. Buyers are also more willing to overlook other property faults in a professionally staged home. Most importantly, staged homes increase the dollar value buyers are willing to offer by up to 10 percent.
